"I was unable to appreciate until having completed a performance, the great care you clearly put into constructing assignment of girls to songs, the set list and the order of the set. I loved the rhythm and pace of the show, where we had little breaks to rest between numbers, but it went so fast that you didn't have time to get bored backstage. I can see now that you grouped the girls a bit which facilitated rehearsing as well as performing, and made this pacing possible.

I loved that I had a good mix of group numbers, backup numbers, and solo/duets, because each of those is fun to perform, in a different way. The group numbers allow complex, exciting choreography, the solo/duets give you a chance to hear yourself and stretch as an individual, and the backup numbers allow complex harmonizing and fun choreography.

It was the right length of show. I loved that we did it twice, because that gave us the chance to get the jitters out at the first show and then just do it for ourselves at the second show.

You were unfailingly supportive which I really appreciate. We have a great climate as a performing team.
