There are no refunds for Open Class cards. Open Class cards do not expire.

Lessons must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. After this time, your account will be charged for the full lesson.

Dropped before the first class - 100% refund.
Dropped before the second class - 75% refund.
Dropped before the third class - 50% refund.
Dropped after the third class - No refunds, substitutions, or credits for any reason.

Note: No-shows do not count as a dropped class. We must receive an email or phone call.

There are no refunds or credits given for any reason within 31 days of the first workshop session, regardless if we can fill your child's spot. Additionally, you may not independently find someone to take your child's spot and have them pay you privately for your child's place within 31 days of the first workshop session. Please make certain you are able to commit before you register because there are no credits, refunds, or substitutions within 31 days of the first workshop session.
