Lessons must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the full lesson.

Dropped by August 10, 2012 - 100% refund.
Dropped after August 10, 2012 but before the first class - 100% CREDIT to any PAC program (must be used within one year from date of purchase).
Dropped before the second class - 75% CREDIT to any PAC program (must be used within one year from date of purchase).
Dropped before the third class - 50% CREDIT to any PAC program (must be used within one year from date of purchase).
Dropped after the third class - No refunds, substitutions, or credits for any reason.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUGUST 10, 2012.
No-shows do not count as a dropped class. We must receive an email or phone call.

There are no refunds or credits given for any reason within 31 days of the first workshop or JOB session, regardless if we can fill your child's spot. Additionally, you may not independently find someone to take your child's spot and have them pay you privately for your child's place within 31 days of the first workshop session. Please make certain you are able to commit before you register because there are no credits, refunds, or substitutions within 31 days of the first workshop session.
